Haven't had the time to update on my Sydney trip, but well I hope to do it soon else I've got too many things to update when the camps arrive.. It'll be a short one for this summer school, I'll push hard for it :)

Recently into the baking craze. HAHA. As I've got no oven, I tried the frozen lemon cheesecake with my sister at home last week.
LEMON CHEESECAKE
Some preparation work before the cake
prepared the crust base and my sister put them together

few hours of freezing, done!
yay can eat already.
Hmmm this is my first time baking, and I'll grade it as fail cos it's kinda not the correct texture. But I wont be doing it again cos I'll want to go into classic cheesecake first :)
CHOCOLATE MUFFIN
Went over to Denise's house today after my gym duty and there we finally have our BAKING SESSION!! Too bad Tey couldn't join us today. Jolyn also..

Hmmm I graded this as a failure cos it's kinda tasteless.. we're too lenient on the sugar. Not sweet enough, but texture wise it's good I feel.

Next, we proceed on to cheeesecake muffin! But this particular type of cheesecake muffin is not the kind that we usually eat; like those butter muffin with cheese inside. The one we're doing are with some spices.

I'll give this a pass! wooo! wheee! hehehe it's really nice.. everything is just nice and it's not too sweet either. Love the spices inside! :)))

Bored.
On Monday, I worked for 12 hours. Puked. It's too boring for such long hours. I guess I never wanna do that again unless I have things to do. Yesterday worked for 2 shifts - okay. Today I'll be doing 1 shift. I just passed 1 hour. ahh.. my eyes are closing.. closing. CLOSED. x.x
Okay finally 2 people just came in. Awake for a while.
