It was cleaned yesterday.
I still can recall the feeling when she licks my toes. That was only yesterday.
I can imagine her hoping around my room. That was only yesterday.
I can see her poo and pee in my room. That was only yesterday.
I can see her craving and happily gobbling up her favourite biscuit. That was only yesterday.
It was so wonderful to have her. <3
But not anymore.

Handed up 2 reports today - MPW and FIN.
MPW's report was draggy. Cos it's damn hard to read a 38 paged report with 25 pages full of text with the rest, appendices in a 10.4" VAIO. I can't remember how many times i lost track of where i stop and where i've scrolled. Anyway, it's done.
And soon, we'll have to do evaluation on our group members for some mods. Actually how do you define a good group member? A person who is very task-oriented, and produces good quality work but not very good in terms of working relationship with the group, OR someone who is more towards relationship-oriented person, produces a not-very-good quality of work, but tries hard to contribute?
I would choose the latter one anytime. I don't believe in people producing results but cannot gel well with the group. To me, it'll definitely bring down the dynamics of the group. Is it only the results that you want to see? I really enjoy my HR group, cos we can all work together, happily. Even when there's problems, we're solving them with joy! It's so nice to know that there are people out there for each other when crisis strikes.
If we gonna evaluate people only through results, then people can never succeed because their quality of work will never be on par with the high quality work people. Then we're all like our professors, only judge us through results. If so, then what is peer evaluation???

HCM Presentation

Had our HCM presentation on tuesday, and glad it turned out well. The moment we step into the SR, we were told that we will be presenting first. Not very prepared, a lil nervous, but thank God we kept within our time frame and the presentation went on smoothly. This is probably the best group that I've worked with, other than LTB. <3
This is the most efficient group I've ever worked with! So efficient that I feel so inefficient. haha. Will be taking another HR mod - Training & Development with some of them.. whee!! :)))
Alright. Back to my books.

wow..haven't been blogging for such a long time mann..
Hmm..
Week 8 of school
That week of term break was really packed for me. Had band practice, project meetings, symphonia exco retreat on 10th and 11th. But I really enjoyed myself. It was a painful long meeting. The meeting lasted from 9am in school.. had lunch and bbq breaks in between.. till 3am. wow. But it was productive i'd say. Had alot of fun during BBQ :))) Will post up the photos soon.
Week 9 of school
Had my finance mid-term paper on the saturday. Didn't do well.
Week 10 of school
It's symphonia's "Now Showing!" mini concert at the ACC in school. It was successful and I truly enjoyed myself even though the quality isn't that good. But well, we didn't have that much practice either. Thank you TBQ, Leonard, Yan Ting, Joseph and Ace for supporting! :))) and also Yan Ting and Joseph for the flower :D It was really really nice. Tom was working that night, and anyway it's just a small concert, more for school people.
I was really behind schedule for my studies that week. Very busy preparing for the mini concert and that's my first logistics job in symphonia. I was not very prepared i'd say, will do better next time :)
Week 11 of school
This week I had my first proper presentation for this sem. very late huh? haha. I thought it was quite bad cos our time management was not good due to overwhelming questions during the presentation. But the feedback from our prof was good, yay!
Wednesday.. Went to the dentist to remove my right upper wisdom tooth and the extra tooth. WHO KNOWS!! My dentist said he saw one more extra tooth and said that he can remove it for me w/o charge. I was shock can. THREE in a row within the same area somemore. But of course, there was anesthetics injected. I had three rounds of that before any tooth is extracted. It is quite a big area, so will need more. Yup. so I skipped band prac today cos my gums are still kind of sore.
yup yup.. and today is friday!!!
I'm suppose to be happy eh.. but somehow.. I just feel sian today. well... I shall do some work for my meetings this weekend.
