Finally had some time to update lil on my BSM trip last 3 - 11 December :)
At Changi Airport before we left:

Reached BKK - our transit to Cambodia
We were so happy to reach BKK can.. first half of the flight to Phnom Penh done.
Symphonians!
We with our tour guide ^^ arrived at Cambodia.. finally .. after about 8 hours? phew.
Day 1 - Phnom Penh
Dinner at a restaurant. and we just had dinner on the plane x.x Had 5 meals in 8 hours x.x I was so full that I dont remember being hungry for the next 7 days for the whole trip.
We spent our first night at a pub along Mekong River.
Tried the Angkor beer which I regretted cos it wasnt nice. haha.. Should've asked for my Chardonay instead tsk. Anyway, we couldn't finish the beer so we played some games to finish it up. While playing, Denise accidentally swept her right arm across the table, and there goes 3 mugs. and our jeans. I got the most beer on me can. x.x My rubber slippers (still ok), jeans knee down (x.x) and my bag got them! and omg.. it's only the FIRST DAY, and i only have ONE PAIR of jeans. That's really bad. Aaron got it on his absorbable-sole-slippers and lil part of his jeans, and tbq got it on her jeans as well. The smell was horrible, till my whole hotel room smelt of that..

Day 2 - Phnom Penh
Had our first jump in Cambodia and for the trip :)
Woke up that morning, smelt my jeans.. ewwww. I decided to wear it still as we have to wear longs that day. i couldn't stand teh smell x.x took it off, and my thighs smelt of beer. Went to washup again, and tbq asked me to wear her 3/4 pants instead. i was like o_O but I tried on anyway. too ugly, not fitting enough, so i decided to wear my formal pants instead, with my heels x.x luckily it looked quite o-k.
We had some touring around the palaces and museums. Pretty interesting to know some history of Cambodia through the ornaments and places we visited.
During the night, we had drinking games. Keith got alcohol from the airport.

Tey fell asleep that night tho.. haha.. Was really fun and i guess it opened us up, brought us closer to each other too :)
Bryan got really drunk, and he was so hilarious the whole night! Before he left the room, he kept throwing things at us, and went back to his room accompanied by his 2 room mates. Big Daddy described to us what he did that night the next day. haha.. Bryan vomited like 3x in the room, ruined Big Daddy's blanket and the space between him and aaron.. x.x Then he stood up, pick up an empty box, threw towards the window; sat down on the chair and puked again. - The highlight of Phnom Penh.
Day 3 - Phnom Penh
Had our first company visit today - a Singaporean owned service apartment. Very nice interior, and also met a Singaporean Chef in the restaurant. ^^
Had another company visit - Barry Garments. Owned by a Singaporean, and it was an eye opener for us to view their factory. It's really not the typical stuffy and congested factory that we've always thought. The whole factory is very spacious and very well ventilated.
Went for dinner with prof and we decided to try the ice cream in coconut, and after that we had chinese food. :) was good!
Had massage after that after showering - full body massage. Was quite o-k, but wasn't good enough i would say. Nevertheless, had some relief. It was kind of strange being in a male dorm -_- me and Kirsty were placed there cos there wasn't enough spaces in the female dorm. luckily there was an empty space between me and the next guy with dim lights and few layers of translucent curtains in between.
We went to an internet cafe to make calls and use the internet. :))) Then on our way back, we bought their bagette.
Didnt like their luncheon meat tho.. taste weird.
Slept after tu-ing.
Day 4 - Phnom Penh
Had 3 company visits today - Haagar soya, Eurotech, and Cam-paint. Seen alot and heard alot from the bosses. It's really interesting to learn about why and how they started their businesses, the problems they met and how are their businesses carried out :)

Did some of our project research today.

Had some time to roam around in Phnom Penh, slept for a while first before going to their central market. Had dinner at their BB burger.

Slept quite late that night to take care of 2 drunk ladies who were staying opposite us in the hotel. Will not go into that.
Day 5 - Phnom Penh/ Siam Reap
Woke up super early to prepare for our domestic flight at 6am to Siam Reap today.

Reached Siam Reap and we love that hotel!! The only hotel with swimming pool wheeeee! :))) Tbq and I unpacked our stuff, and the rest of them went for a swim while we slept till noon. wahhaha.. for 4 hours. felt good.
Sent our clothes for laundry before going out with tbq and Mas to walk around Siam Reap that day, shopped around the pubs area, went to old market too. Had dinner at this indian restaurant and it's gooooooood! :) love it.
Went back, relax, and we went swimming ^^
Had Chardonay beside the pool. But guess that bottle of wine was opened for too long alr.. not niceee.. but we had a great time chatting by the pool :)
Changed up after that, and followed prof, and some other pple for massage ^^ It was better this time but i was too scared that they'll break my bones!! very ticklish too.. hmm.. yeah but i enjoyed it.. heh .. had a good night sleep that day.
Day 6 - Siam Reap
Woke up damn early today!! Had our tutuk to fetch us to Angkor Wat for sunrise :)

Back to our hotel after that, rested for a while before leaving for Angkor Wat for the tour. The whole place is just so awesome and magnificent. The stories behind the carvings are so beautiful. Though most of the time we're cam whoring, we still catch a lil of the history here and there.
Were dead tired after the whole day trip. Some of them went for sunrise. Denise and I joined the guys for a swim instead ^^ Changd up after that and went for dinner :) I went to collect the laundry before leaving for dinner too.. and guess woot. While running to the hotel's reception area (cos the bus leaving already), I didnt know there's a hole in the plastic bag! and all of tbq's clothes dropped across the hall area x.x so embarassing.. I quickly picked them up and pass it to them.
After dinner, we wanted to go FCC for wine, but who knows!! They were having a private event and we cant get in :( went to the night market instead, bought 2 bags from there ^^ one for my elder sis and one for myself woohoo! We went to a pub with live singing after that. nice ^^ Had my Chardonnay again.
Day 7 - Siam Reap/ Bangkok

Flew to BKK today.
Did not like the hotel, really lok kok..
Went to Chatukchak to walk around first with our own group. Met Jeremy - my BGS TA there! haha.. first SMU-ian met @ BKK. Shopped till evening, and tbq and i went to the tourism police station to report for her lost wallet. Couldn't find it anywhere, could have dropped it while keeping it as she realised it's lost once we reached the hotel.

Had dinner nearby, and bought Denise her share as she wasn't feeling well. Was quite a drama cos we didnt know the food they tar bao wasn't cooked. We went to the restaurant at the hotel lobby to borrow bowl and utencils, thinking that if we pour the soup onto the raw materials we can get it cooked. but it was not the case. x.x we brought it back to the hawker and they cooked it for us, then brought it back again. haha.. yup.. smells good lo.. :)
Day 8 - Bangkok
Slacked for the day..shop again ^^ at MBK for the whole day..
But before that, we moved our stuff to another hotel for our extended trip in BKK for 2 more days. The whole class extended! :)))
Went to their red light district at night with my group. interesting.. quite different from SG's tho.. Had dinner at chinatown - at a seafood restaurant with all the seafood sold out -_-

Had 2 company visits today, was really tiring and everybody was falling asleep already..
went to the printing city, and visited one of the companies there - owned by a Singaporean. Their printouts for their slides are coloured can.. and they gave us 4 bottls of Charodnnay (omgomg). yup. I brought back 1 bottle :D
We went platinum mall, shopped quite alot, and went to club at RCC that night - brought to us by the boss of the printing company.
Denise lao sai for the whole night can x.x that's not drugs.. Denise's lao sai pills.
BSM officially ended today.
Day 9 - Bangkok
Last full day in BKK - we went Platinum mall and suan lom night market.

Managed to catch Shyhjie during breakfast as he just arrived at BKK the day before, and happens to stay in the same hotel! :)
