A Journey To Remember

The event has ended! wow, we had a great great time there. Though i have to admit that our project is not completed + buggy, but according to the school, our game is a big improvement compared to past batches of RPG game :D

During spinnovex:
Basically all of our 8 members went down all the 3 days (except me and ray, went for fri & sat) from 10am to 5pm :D It was a good time catching up with them.. especially my dearest yuan ting! heh.. we were stuck together like glue on saturday. we had hell lots to talk about. took some pics there too :D

There were several good comments, several bad ones of course :D but all the bad comments came from secondary school students. other than that, i guess the rest knows the difficulty of creating such a game in just 4 months!! damn the students. HAHA just kidding, they dont understand the difficulty bah..

oh, we did get a namecard from an industrial company .. so it's not so bad after all :D some of the bad comments are like "oh actually u all can include this this this feature, that that that features, and graphics can be better (pixel art is hard to do lo >< dotting all the pixels. z but haf to admit, it's not professional standard that we did it), and this and that" yeah..

Besides that, what we did at the spinnovex will be like chit chatting, sitting down, 'betting' on 'hypertyper', trying to complete 'rush colour' haha.. the MMPJ flash game was our main entertainment though, the IT students kept coming over to play, and we 'betted' chocolates on who can complete the 'hypertyper' ..wahaha..

Saturday, which is the last day was the most memorable one.. like a parting scene..haha.. we spent lots of time together.. from morning 9am till night 1130pm..oh, and met tracy & gang there.. hehe.. and that was the first time i talked to claire face to face..wahah.. she's soft , gentle etc.. whaha.. but u know, heard that her english's very good, and u know, my english is like .. )(*#&@($ wahah.. didnt dare to talk too much though, but she's niceeee hehe.. *excited* wahah.. we attended the beginning of the closing ceremony in convention centre as well.. but that was when the unpleasant experience came.

The EEE student (should be year 1) ask what course we were from, he requested us for our admin card.. okay, we showed. then he ask, "what is DMMT" .. okay, we said multimedia tech. "under which school?" , "ICT". in DOUBT, he asked the other friends "HUH? DMMT IS UNDER ICT MEH?". GRR damn him. what kind of question is this? he asked us what school is it under, obviously we didnt need to fake it right.. and obvoiusly we KNOW which school we are under! ridiculous fellow! and HELLO! we're wearing white top black bottoms, ALL of us, do we need to fake in SP to attend the closing ceremony and to eat the buffet???? WE'RE FROM SPINNOVEX!

He even snob at the teachers from ICT.. what's strong with him mann.. ~.~ FINALLY, we get to go in, but all of us were fuming already.. actually we intended to leave, cos we didnt want to trouble the teachers..but they persuaded us to stay..so we did!

Inside the convention centre, we were asked to move forward one row 4 times!! isn't that so distracting and troublesome?? then they asked us the fifth time, asking us to FILL UP THE GAPS. damn him again. HAHA. why dont he ask those pple in smaller groups to fill up the gaps, instead of asking 7 of us to do that right??

An IT teacher came to our rescue.. "I want my students to sit together, unless u can find enough space to fit all of them in the front rows else i wont move" HOHOHO. speechless..

anyway, they 'spied' the spinnovex. hehe.. they showed a video on what the students did during spinnovex. of course, all the actions that they digitised were funny! that was the best part bout the closing ceremony :D we can see the students gaying, lesbian-ing, touching each other..HAHA..

heh! then 7 of us went cafe cartel! aww! so nice.. rayston sponsored each of us 5 bucks :D after eating, we went esplande for chit chatting session.. i've never talk to them so much before.. haha .. and we never know each other's family problems, personal stuffs... it was great! we talked for 2-3 hours.. with the breeze.. that was so nice so nice.. but now, everybody will be busying with our ITP already.. :)
