A Journey To Remember

Moved on doing the graphics for a Monkey game. Was scratching my head, messing up my hair, and thinking real hard - how to draw a coconut. Suddenly i got so confused. Are coconuts in green or brown? I did a research through google. hmm.. Green are those which are riped, brown are those which are still not yet matured. So.. i decided to draw a brown one.

Then.. *grabs hair* how to draw a coconut?!?! In simple drawing, we always draw them in circles and a shoot. wahah..but I cant do that here! cos the screen's gonna be big, and details are needed. drew a few times of 'wierd coconuts'. *grr* not getting any where. the shape the details, everything is not right. does not even look like a decent coconut. HAHA.

but as i drew, i zoom in till 300%. tried to fill in the 'lines' on the coconut. Here it is! :D

After few hours of concentrating in Illustrator, a tree is born! wahaha..I'm so impressed with myself. LOL. ok lah, each 'stick' of leaves are duplicated. but not all.. did a few variations to suit the direction they're facing. so it's still some work. HAHA.
