Run for Hope - 15 Sept 07

Went for my first run last sunday, Run for Hope. 8km, with the symphonia people.

But apparently, quite a few didnt go, end up with edwin and me reaching at about the same time, so we ran first, then came chongming.

So happy to have completed, but stopped 2 times! which is not what i usually do on the threadmill for 8km. Nevertheless, felt good!

drenched.

Oh, and met MIk and Sheryl there, such a coincidence :)
