Day 1 - Rainy day
Met up with the people, Tey, Jackson, Jonathan and Rio at Habourfront centre for breakie. Up the ferry and off to Batam!
When we reached Harris hotel, they served us delicious cookies.. So the cookie monsters (all of us) just kept gobbling the cookies.
However, the weather wasn't good as it started to rain heavily. We slacked in our room for abit and we went for our free bowling. Mann.. I was bad .. hahahha.. oh well.. they are the sports people k!! But was fun was fun! Went back to slack in our room for a bit more and we went for Go Kart nearly our hotel.
Go Kart was.. FUN. really fun. Wet ground, drizzling, and speed. woohoo.. I collided into jackson's kart and we both turned 360 degrees. And i screamed. was scary can!! but I continued to drift at the corners after that.. ha!!
We went for lunch after that. This is interesting, after lunch, we spotted them serving breadsticks to other customers. We wanted to buy them, we I asked the waiter how much does it cost. But the waiter mentioned that only with pizza then customers get it free flow, they dont sell them. I look at him and asked again if we can buy and with the i-really-want-them-look. He finally said "okay, I'll get a few pieces for u all" *wide grin* on all our faces. hehhhhhhhhh..
We went back to our rooms to slack again. hahahah.. then Tey and I decided to go for a swim. Swam abit and we start just soaking ourselves in water. :)) The guys went for basketball instead cos weather was too cold for them. Low body fats percentage. tsk tsk.
Dinner was good, went for seafood dinner nearby and we walked back to the hotel after that. We had chilli crabs, cashew nut prawns, kang kong, hotplate toufu, and steam seabass. Yums!
Supper was even better.. 3 pizzas with a box of breadsticks and bread. woohoo!! and of course the dark choco digestive biscuits that i brought. Full like hell can.. and slept after that :x
Day 2
Day 2 was much better, good sun, good weather. We went for a swim in the morning again :))) all of us this time. Then we went back for shower and settled everything before going for breakie. Breakie was bad though; they closed at 10 and we only had 15 mins to eat the leftovers. We were told that the breakfast closes at 11 :( Anyway, we rushed for our 3-hour spa after that. We were late, but was still good. Had body scrub, hotstone massage/ aroma massage and Jacuzzi bath.
Tey and I were in the same room, was quite awkward at times. Cos we have to bathe together and Jacuzzi together. Nevertheless, it was a nice experience and was a good trip overall :))))
