Let me just steal 5 mins of my studying time.
Now its really the crunch time! Considering I've only 4 mods this term, with 2 slack mods, and I'm damn busy, I'm not sure how am I going to survive with 5 relatively heavy mods next sem. x.x
Let me just update what happened last weekend.
My legs are gone! i worked out on fri, sat and sun omg. Went running with Melvin on fri night before band. Intensity is quite high due to the large areas of slopes. Ended up with relatively aching quads. On sat morning, Tim gave me a circuit program which included dumbell lunges, back extension, lateral raise and crunches with 3kg ball. My glutes and quads ache kinda badly after that x.x On Sunday, went running at east coast with tim, jackson and prof saw. omg. Even though I was jogging at a low speed and walked quite a bit within the 2 hours 10 mins duration, my quads and hams ached more. So imagine...the lower half of my body just.... painful x.x
I'd say the workout during that weekend is really satisfying but I had problems getting up from my chair and had reluctance to go down to my living room or kitchen. Even when I sleep, I did not really move my legs cos they are too painful. Even bending down.. my glutes hurt too x.x Not to mention, sitting on the toilet bowl is torturous x.x
Anyway, I should be back to my books. Update again when im free with pictures =)
